Day 20: This Month

I'm lucky it's only the 3rd day of March! I'm actually kinda excited to go on with this month!

First, there's Spring Break in 10 days! Yes, I know that I have to go through dealing with my roommate, and midterms before I can get to Spring Break, but I CAN'T WAIT.  I get 10 days away from this place! And it means that half of the semester is finished and I only have about 7 more weeks of homework and Flagstaff til the summer starts! {Even though I have to take a night class for a month over the summer, bleh.}

Also during Spring Break, I get to see two of my best friends! Mags and Manda! I haven't seen Manda in SO LONG and we already have a giant list of things we are going to do.  And Mags just makes me so happy to be around because I finally feel loved again around her.

Also, I get to see off another best friend while she goes on her biggest journey yet, a mission to Santa Rosa, California.  Her farewell talk is on St. Patrick's Day, and then I *hopefully* get to go with her family to the airport to see her off!  I won't be able to see for the next 18 months after that, but I know she's where she needs to be in life! {BTDubs, I'll be in charge of her blog while she's abroad, which you can find here}

I also can apply for student teaching starting during Spring Break.  SO NERVE WRACKING. I still need to decide what school I want to teach at, and what grade level {even though I know that one}.  My graduation packet is also due at the same time of my application! MY. GRADUATION. PACKET. GRADUATION.  Oh my heavens, this is coming so fast! I can walk for graduation in DECEMBER, even though I don't officially graduate until May 2014.  But, since I'm doing my student teaching in Mesa, there's no need to come back up here for my official graduation, which is why I'm walking in December.  And that's 9 months away!!

March 21st marks David's One-Year-Down! The month countdown goes down to 12 months! <3 I'm that much closer to getting my missionary back, even though I have to send another one out the day before!

Overall, I can't wait for the events I have in March!  And only 2 months until my birthday, and the end of the semester!
I've been applying to City jobs for the summer tonight, and I found one called "Cakes, Candies, and More!" Basically, I'll be helping teaching 1st-6th graders how to cook, bake and decorating skills over the summer! HOW PERFECT IS THAT?! Oh, I really hope I get this job! <3

Today's just been a really good day, everybody.  The best I've had for a very long time.  <3
